The Coast is not one concreting market. The Peninsula and the beaches sit on loose coastal sand and cop constant salt air, which changes both the base prep and the finish that lasts. The Gosford hinterland runs into reactive clay and shale, and there is a high water table near Brisbane Water and the Tuggerah Lakes that changes how a slab has to be drained. Plenty of blocks around Gosford and the ridgelines are steep, which affects access and therefore price. A concreter who already works your area knows all of this before they turn up.

Terrigal, Avoca Beach, Wamberal and MacMasters Beach. Beach houses and pool surrounds where exposed aggregate and salt-tolerant finishes come up most, and where cover over the steel is worth getting right.
The Entrance, Long Jetty, Bateau Bay and Toukley. A mix of older homes and newer work, with the lakes and low-lying ground making drainage falls part of the job.
Wyong, Tuggerah, Berkeley Vale, Wadalba and Kanwal. Newer estates with room to work, fresh driveways, shed slabs and alfresco areas on young blocks.
